Your data

Public catalog lookups do not require an app account. Send product or molecule names, catalog IDs and barcodes only. Do not send medical histories, prescription labels, credentials or other personal information. Requests have shared service and network limits to keep the catalog available.

The integration sends no chat transcript to our service. Optional operational analytics records the tool name, response status and duration under a shared aggregate identifier, without your query, IP address or app account identifier.
